Supplier registration to keep the quality level of our clients is a mandatory requirement to become a potential supplier. We register and qualify all our vendors as per TM PETROLEUM supply chain management guideline 2020.

INITIATE THE PROCESS:

As a minimum you have to provide: Presentation about your products / services (PowerPoint or PDF files) Manufacturing capabilities (PowerPoint, PDF or JPEG) Reference lists, separated by products / services Valid certifications, such as ISO and API More information is welcome at any time, but not mandatory at this stage.

PROCESS THE REGISTRATION:
Before we start processing, we will send a signed confidential agreement to assure 100% discretion at this stage. Please countersign it and return to proceed. Once the minimum information is reviewed and found suitable, we will send a registration questionnaire with request for further information.

QUALIFY YOUR PRODUCTS:
As per our TM Petroleum supply chain management guideline 2020, we will evaluate the products from a technical perspective to guarantee the product meets our minimum standards. We will contact you to guide you through the evaluation. It may be required that we will send one of our professionals to your factory and conduct a physical audit (depends on actual product classification, non-critical or critical items).

FINAL RESULT:
After completion we will announce the result in writing or via video conference. If successfully completed, you will be registered as a qualified TM PETROLEUM supplier in our system.
